Also oversee the outbound, coordination, distribution and control of brand marketing collateral to ensure sufficient supply and rational reuse of materials for all channels.
3. Bilateral China-UK liaison and routine client relationship management Act as the core liaison between China headquarters and local UK channels. Synchronise marketing policies, campaign plans, market statistics, client requirements and issue feedback in both directions, efficiently delivering headquarters’ marketing deployment while feeding local UK market trends, channel pain points and optimisation recommendations back to headquarters. Sustain regular relationships with local channel partners, respond to their day-to-day marketing requests, resolve marketing-related issues arising from channel cooperation and consolidate partnerships with key channels.
4. Data review and marketing optimisation Track delivery performance of all channel marketing campaigns, promotions, trade shows and offline initiatives. Compile campaign metrics, channel feedback and sales performance, conduct periodic marketing reviews, refine marketing plans and execution strategies, and continuously improve marketing efficiency and ROI for UK channels.

Requirements

1. Language Proficiency Fluent in English for seamless communication and business negotiations with UK local clients. Prior channel marketing experience in FMCG, 3C, e-cigarettes or cross-border consumer goods is preferred, with hands-on knowledge of UK offline retail terminals, online retail platforms and industry trade show operations.
3. Core Competencies Solid expertise in channel marketing, including campaign planning, on-the-ground execution and performance review. Able to tailor marketing plans to meet differentiated requirements of various channels and clients. Well-versed in end-to-end marketing workflows including collateral management, new product promotion, in-store activations and platform promotions, with the capability to independently manage regional channel marketing.
4. General Competencies Reside permanently in the UK and possess sound knowledge of the local market landscape and consumer behaviours. Strong skills in business negotiation, client relationship management and cross-functional communication. High execution capability to bridge headquarters policies and local implementation. Meticulous and accountable work style, capable of independently solving channel marketing challenges, with sharp market acumen and result-oriented mindset.
5. Preferred Qualifications Candidates with e-cigarette industry experience in the UK market and familiarity with local channel hierarchies and industry regulations are preferred. Experience in localised overseas marketing for cross-border brands is also a plus.
