Job Summary

Lead end-to-end MMM and marketing effectiveness work for global clients, turning data strategy into models and executive-ready recommendations.

  • Growth Analytics & Modelling: own econometric MMM, data scoping, and insight delivery to drive client outcomes.
  • Strategic Communication: translate outputs into concise recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Team & Practice Leadership: mentor teams, manage multiple workstreams, and drive methodology improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end MMM and marketing effectiveness programmes across multiple client accounts, from data strategy and scoping through to modelling, insight delivery and activation
  • Translating complex analytical outputs into clear, strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders and C-suite clients
  • Managing and mentoring project teams, conducting performance reviews, supporting career development and maintaining high standards of delivery
  • acting as the primary strategic and operational contact for key client accounts, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to grow them
  • Contributing to new business activity – supporting pitches, shaping proposals and helping scope new projects in line with the consultancy's capabilities
  • Driving continuous improvement in MMM methodology, tooling and internal assets to scale delivery excellence across the practice
  • Contributing to thought leadership, knowledge sharing and innovation initiatives that strengthen the consultancy's position in the market

Requirements

  • Solid hands-on experience in econometrics, MMM or marketing effectiveness, ideally within a consultancy or agency environment
  • Strong technical skills across Python, R and SQL, with a solid grounding in regression, Bayesian statistics and advanced modelling techniques
  • Proven ability to translate complex model outputs into clear, commercially relevant recommendations for non-technical audiences
  • Experience leading and developing teams, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and delivering to high standards under pressure
  • Strong client management skills – comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, navigating complex organisations and maintaining trusted relationships
  • A collaborative, curious mindset with a genuine interest in innovation and a commitment to quality
