Responsibilities

Website Content & Page Build Assist with building web pages in WordPress (using page builders like WP Bakery), following established layouts and structures Help convert provided content and assets into clean, tidy digital web page layouts Apply a basic understanding of HTML/CSS to troubleshoot and refine layouts where needed Media Asset Management & Brand Consistency Upload and manage image assets and media files for web pages, blog posts, and marketing campaigns Ensure uploaded media and text elements conform to EchoBlue brand guidelines and visual standards Maintain a consistent, professional visual standard across everything you produce Content Lifecycle Management Create and publish pages for new client onboarding with sign-off from the Web Content Manager Maintain and audit existing content for accuracy and quality Schedule and manage third-party advertising banners across websites, checking accuracy and performance Search Visibility & New Technology Develop an understanding of SEO and AEO best practice and how this can help content perform in search Support content translation and localisation across different geographies, including the use of AI tools

Requirements

A genuine interest in websites, digital content or online media
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Confident using computers and quick to pick up new software
Basic understanding of web publishing principles and digital media formatting
An uncompromising commitment to accuracy, from design alignment to error-free copy
A good standard of written English at grade 5 (C) or above or equivalent
An interest to learn more about website optimisation and development
Excellent communication skills, and comfortable asking questions and taking feedback

Preferred

Any experience of WordPress, whether through college, work experience or a personal project
A basic understanding of HTML/CSS
Familiarity with basic image editing tools (such as Canva or Photoshop) for sizing and formatting assets
