Automation Architecture: design scalable workflows and cross-unit processes to support complex stakeholder needs.
Data & Segmentation: translate data into effective segmentation, scoring, and re-engagement strategies with strong governance.
Performance & Compliance: monitor email and data performance, deliver insights, and ensure GDPR/PECR compliance.

Job Description

Own and evolve a multi-channel marketing automation program in HubSpot, driving scalable lead nurture, segmentation, and experimentation to optimise conversion and commercial impact.

Designing and executing sophisticated, multi-channel marketing automation strategies within HubSpot
Developing advanced lead nurturing, lead scoring and re-engagement frameworks aligned to commercial objectives
Leveraging data to inform segmentation strategy, campaign architecture and performance optimisation
Maintaining and elevating data governance standards, ensuring robust segmentation and database integrity
Managing the reporting and analysis of email and data performance
Building scalable automation workflows to support complex stakeholder requirements across multiple business units
Delivering insightful performance reporting and presenting actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement
Ensuring full compliance with GDPR, PECR and relevant global data privacy regulations
Identifying automation innovation opportunities that enhance efficiency, performance and commercial impact
