Responsibilities

• Paid media campaign execution
• Build and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AI Ads and other platforms
• Create campaigns, ad sets, ad groups and ads end-to-end
• Manage high-volume lead generation campaigns
• Build and maintain campaign structures designed for scale
• Launch new offers and campaigns quickly
• Monitor campaign performance daily
• Scale successful campaigns and reduce spend on underperforming activity
• Test audiences, creatives, placements, bidding strategies and campaign structures
• Manage budgets across campaigns

Requirements

• 4–6+ years' experience in performance marketing / paid media
• Strong hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Strong Google Ads experience
• TikTok Ads experience
• Proven experience managing meaningful advertising budgets
• Experience generating leads or sales through paid advertising
• Experience managing campaigns at significant scale
• Excellent knowledge of campaign structures
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking
• Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
