Responsibilities

• Support live marketing campaigns and promotional activity across different settings.
• Communicate brand messages in a clear, engaging and professional way.
• Help increase awareness and interest by connecting with relevant audiences.
• Learn about different customer groups and adapt communication accordingly.
• Pay attention to customer reactions, questions and preferences during campaigns.
• Gather useful feedback and share observations with the wider team.
• Support customer acquisition as part of broader campaign objectives.
• Contribute ideas and learn how different approaches can influence results.

• United Kingdom (required)
• Curiosity about people and an interest in why customers respond to different messages.
• Strong communication with the ability to explain ideas clearly and naturally.
• Creative thinking when approaching conversations and presenting information.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of the connection between customers and business results.
• Observation skills with a willingness to learn from customer reactions and campaign activity.
• Adaptability when working with different audiences, brands and campaign requirements.
• Confidence when representing a brand and communicating information.
• Interest in marketing and how brands establish a clear position in the market.

Preferred

• A marketing degree is a plus but not required.
• A genuine interest in marketing, strong people skills and a willingness to develop practical knowledge can provide a strong foundation.
