Job Description

Responsibilities

E-commerce: Help run Amazon, Shopify, subscriptions and CRM across multiple brands.
Growth: Execute paid marketing, analyse performance and find opportunities to scale.
Content: Create and test TikTok, Instagram and advertising content.
AI & Automation: Use AI and automation tools to build smarter workflows and eliminate repetitive work.
Ownership: Spot problems, find solutions and make things happen without waiting to be asked.

Requirements

Graduated from university within the last 2 years.
Understands e-commerce, digital marketing and basic commercial metrics.
Is analytical and excited by AI.
Learns incredibly fast, experiments constantly and takes ownership.
Wants responsibility, not a corporate graduate scheme.
