Responsibilities

• Proofreading, uploading, and distributing content and materials
• Posting social media content and graphics
• Updating websites
• Planning for campaigns
• Using an email facility to send out communications on the client’s behalf
• Setting up accounts for clients
• Uploading and managing content across different systems
• Using platforms like Hootsuite, Monday.com, and Xero
• Speaking with clients to understand their needs and ensure smooth distribution of their materials
• Handling, inputting and analysing client data

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter with good initiative
• Someone who picks up new systems quickly
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills
• No previous work experience is required (entry-level)
• Willingness to work hybrid with at least three days in Sawbridgeworth office
• Comfortable using platforms like Hootsuite, Monday.com, and Xero
• Ability to liaise with clients by email and over the phone

Preferred

• Experience with email campaigns
• Experience managing content on websites
• Familiarity with content platforms like Content Streams
• Interest in financial services, legal, or accountancy sectors
• Social media content creation skills
• Podcast or video editing experience
