Responsibilities

• Research and compare advertising and lead-generation platforms.
• Help set up and manage campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Meta and relevant industry platforms.
• Use AI and automation to improve lead research, data processing and campaign management.
• Research potential customers, industries and new markets.
• Build, clean and maintain prospect databases.
• Monitor advertising costs, enquiries and lead quality.
• Track results through to quotations, orders and sales.
• Produce dashboards and reports showing campaign performance.
• Identify underperforming activity and recommend improvements.
• Document the systems and processes implemented.

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of AI tools and their business applications.
• An interest in marketing automation, lead generation and data analysis.
• Confidence using spreadsheets, data and online platforms.
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to learn unfamiliar systems independently.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• A practical understanding that marketing should ultimately generate sales.
• A degree is not essential. We welcome applications from recent graduates, college leavers, career changers and self-taught candidates who can demonstrate relevant ability. Relevant subjects may include AI, computer science, data analytics, business analytics, information systems, software development or digital marketing. Applicants should be prepared to discuss a relevant project, coursework, certification or practical example.
