Job Summary

Own and produce a high-volume social media presence by filming and editing short‑form content, posting to multiple platforms, and driving engagement and inquiries to the sales team.

Produce around 20 Instagram Reels weekly and edit them personally.
Repurpose top content to Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn and respond to comments and basic DMs.
Pass genuine enquiries to the sales team for follow-up.

Responsibilities

Create around 20 Instagram Reels per week
Film and edit the content yourself
React to construction websites, industry topics and marketing
Repurpose the best content and post it to our Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
Reply to comments and basic DMs
Pass genuine enquiries to our sales team

Requirements

Natural and confident on camera
Good at editing short-form video
Familiar with Instagram Reels
Happy to be the face of our brand on social media
Creative, reliable and able to work independently
