- Social & Content: own channels, calendar, and video/assets creation.
- Email Marketing: plan campaigns, nurture sequences, and generate leads from the database.
- Marketing & Brand Growth: run organic campaigns, promote webinars and events, and support new business with cross-team enablement.

Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content: Manage our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube channels.
- Social Media & Content: Create and manage a consistent content calendar.
- Social Media & Content: Film and edit short-form videos, Reels, Stories and Shorts.
- Social Media & Content: Create graphics and marketing assets using Canva.
- Social Media & Content: Turn client results into case studies, testimonials and engaging content.
- Social Media & Content: Repurpose podcasts, webinars and long-form content.
- Social Media & Content: Grow our audiences and increase engagement.
- Email Marketing: Plan and send regular email campaigns and newsletters.
- Email Marketing: Write promotional and nurture emails.
- Email Marketing: Generate leads and sales opportunities from our existing database.
- Email Marketing: Track performance and improve open rates, clicks and conversions.
- Marketing & Brand Growth: Develop and execute organic marketing campaigns.
- Marketing & Brand Growth: Generate new ideas to grow our brands and attract potential clients.
- Marketing & Brand Growth: Promote webinars, events, partnerships and company initiatives.
- Marketing & Brand Growth: Work with the sales and management teams to support new business growth.
- Marketing & Brand Growth: Identify new marketing channels and opportunities.
- Marketing & Brand Growth: Track marketing activity and report on leads, enquiries and results.
- At least 3 years of hands-on marketing experience.
- Experience independently planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong social media management experience.
- Strong video editing and content creation skills.
- Experience with email marketing.
- Good copywriting and written communication skills.
- Experience using Canva or similar design software.
- An understanding of how marketing generates leads and revenue.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- A proactive mindset and the confidence to bring your own ideas.
