Job Summary
Own cross‑platform, insight‑driven campaigns with direct line management of the Marketing Campaign Officer and Audience Data and Ticketing Manager, plus a seat on the Wider Leadership Team.
- Grow cohesive campaign strategies across channels and ensure audience-centric activation.
- Lead and develop the marketing team while contributing to strategic decisions at leadership level.
Job Description
- Work closely with the Head of Digital to ensure campaigns are insight-led, audience-focused and cohesive across all platforms.
- The role also has line management responsibility for the Marketing Campaign Officer and Audience Data and Ticketing Manager and sits on HOME's Wider Leadership Team.
