Responsibilities

  • Enhancing the school’s profile, supporting student recruitment, and strengthening retention.
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality marketing and communications activity across digital, print and school channels, ensuring all content reflects the school’s values, ambitions, and the GDST brand.
  • Drive targeted marketing campaigns to attract prospective students and deliver engaging, effective communications that strengthen relationships with current families and the wider community.
  • Help build awareness, reputation and stakeholder engagement through a consistent and compelling communications strategy.
  • Collaborate as part of a team and provide support to the admissions function, particularly during peak periods and staff absence, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for prospective families.
  • Contribute to the delivery of a high-quality marketing service that promotes the school, strengthens relationships with current families and supports student recruitment and retention.
