Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional development marketing team, delivering first‑class marketing communications and campaigns that support sales and development objectives.
  • Develop and implement regional and national marketing strategies that respond to commercial priorities, timelines and customer needs, ensuring every campaign is aligned, compelling and commercially effective.
  • Build strong, productive relationships that enable effective project management, break down silos and gather the insight needed to piece together the bigger picture.
  • Be responsible for developing and implementing regional and national marketing strategies that respond to commercial priorities, timelines and customer needs, ensuring campaigns are aligned and commercially effective.
  • Manage multiple budgets and suppliers, ensuring briefs are sharp, objectives are measurable and value for money is consistently achieved.
  • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across all channels with consistent brand messaging and robust measurement of impact.
  • Maintain solid knowledge of social media, e‑marketing and digital analytics; experience in both consumer and B2B PR.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of residential development marketing within shared ownership and private sales, from positioning developments and brands to influencing customer perception; negotiate, influence and collaborate with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree‑level education or equivalent experience.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills; confident managing multiple budgets and suppliers; briefs are sharp, objectives are measurable and value for money is consistently achieved.
  • Proven track record in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, with consistent brand messaging and robust measurement of impact.
  • Solid knowledge of social media, e‑marketing and digital analytics, alongside experience in both consumer and B2B PR.
  • Strong understanding of residential development marketing both within shared ownership and private sales — from positioning developments and brands to influencing customer perception — and the ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.

Preferred

  • Overseas property marketing experience is a definite advantage.
