Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email marketing, and Google Ads.
• Manage and grow social media channels by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing engagement metrics.
• Support SEO efforts by optimizing website content using keywords, meta descriptions, and other best practices on platforms like WordPress.
• Conduct analysis of campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the team on B2B (business-to-business) marketing initiatives to attract new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
• Create compelling copy for marketing materials, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.
• Assist in managing client outreach activities through email campaigns, follow-ups, and personalized communication to foster strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Previous experience or coursework related to digital marketing, social media management, or project management is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messages.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to support decision-making processes.
• A proactive attitude with leadership qualities and excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred

• Familiarity with SEO techniques, Google Ads platform, Google Analytics, and WordPress is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for creating visual content will be an advantage.
