  • Build, manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns for our trade partners, generating qualified enquiries from homeowners and commercial customers

  • Audit underperforming accounts, identify the problems and take ownership of improving their performance
  • Review lead quality with partners and use their feedback to improve targeting, messaging and campaigns
  • Understand each partner’s services, locations, margins and capacity before deciding what to promote
  • Plan and manage remarketing and email campaigns to get more value from every lead

Requirements

  • Strong, proven experience managing both Google Ads and Meta campaigns

  • Experience setting up and checking conversion tracking, call tracking, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • The ability to analyse campaign performance and make improvements without needing constant direction
  • Experience running both B2C and B2B lead generation campaigns
  • A good understanding of landing pages, conversion rates and the complete journey from advert to enquiry
  • Strong written communication and the ability to write effective advertising copy
  • Comfortable speaking directly with business owners and explaining results in plain English

Preferred

  • Experience marketing construction, home improvement or trade businesses
  • Experience generating leads for high value services
  • Experience with email marketing, remarketing and CRM systems
  • Understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profiles
