Responsibilities

• Write and create adverts for Indeed, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Design simple marketing materials
• Help launch new services - flyers, local listings, social posts
• Build email campaigns and simple landing pages
• Create content for online communities and social channels
• Track what's working and double down on it

Requirements

• Can write clearly and persuasively (more important than formal qualifications)
• Comfortable with advert creation tools, social media, and learning new tools
• Self-starter - we don't have time to micromanage
• Based in or near Plymouth preferred
• Bonus: any experience with video editing, TikTok content, or paid ads
