Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own growth marketing across Emma including SEO, ASO, Lifecycle, CRM, Content (Blog, Website), Product Launches.
  • Conducting technical audits to improve SEO and ASO visibility.
  • Managing and executing CRM campaigns to ensure monthly updates and consistent engagement.
  • Overseeing website updates and optimising for content and user experience.
  • Developing blog posts and careers content to attract both users and talent.
  • Managing PR initiatives to boost Emma’s visibility.
  • Managing brand assets, creating decks, and supporting affiliates and presentations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience growth marketing roles — ideally within a high-growth startup or fintech company.
  • Hands on experience organically growing a user base for an app or similar product.
  • Experience with technical SEO/ASO.
  • Strong writing skills with a portfolio of website copy, blog posts, product updates, or lifecycle email campaigns.
  • Familiar with CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Braze, or similar).
  • Passionate about fintech and aligned with Emma’s mission to empower people financially.
  • A team player with strong attention to detail and a love for clear, compelling communication.
  • Excited to join a fast-paced team and help shape Emma’s voice across our owned channels.

Preferred

  • Deep knowledge of technical SEO, including structured data, keyword strategy, and content optimization.
  • Experience with PR or communications, such as writing press releases, pitching to media, or supporting thought leadership
  • Strong track record in email marketing or CRM, including lifecycle strategy, segmentation, and A/B testing.
