Own growth campaign execution for in-app and email channels, with a focus on segmentation, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across Credit, Product, and Growth teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build, run, and optimise in-app and email growth campaigns that drive credit applications
Design and manage customer segmentation to deliver the right message to the right user at the right time
Use SQL and BI tools to analyse performance, build dashboards, and self-serve insights
Continuously test, iterate, and improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience
Balance growth performance with long-term engagement and risk
Collaborate closely with Credit, Product, and Growth stakeholders

Requirements

2+ years in growth / performance marketing roles and / or credit marketing roles
Analytical / quantitative background eg STEM degree
Evidence of delivering ongoing and sustained improvement in organic and paid marketing channels through multi-variant testing, audience segmentation and creative iteration.
Familiarity with tools and strategies for driving customer acquisition & retention
Strong skills in data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, optimise strategies, and understand customer behaviours
Previous experience in B2C digital businesses and/or fast-paced scale-up environments
Fintech experience valued but not essential
Ideally some exposure to SQL
