Growth Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Social media and content
• Create and publish content across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Produce short-form videos, graphics and engaging posts.
• Help build the founders' personal brands alongside Harold's company channels.
• Test different content formats and develop ideas that attract the right audience.
• Email marketing and growth
• Create email campaigns, newsletters and lead magnets.
• Build automated follow-up sequences and nurture campaigns.
• Help manage outbound email campaigns and prospect lists.
• Track engagement, leads and conversions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or growth marketing.
• Evidence of content or campaigns you've personally created.
• Strong writing skills and a good eye for design.
• Comfortable making short-form videos and using tools such as Canva or CapCut.
• Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing several things at once.
• Interested in technology, startups and building something from an early stage.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for results.
• Experience at a startup, marketing agency or small business would be particularly useful.
• You don't need previous property industry experience.
