Job Summary

Own the social content engine for a chocolate brand, balancing in-store capture, creator partnerships, and email list growth to drive store visits and online sales.

  • Content creation: photo, video, graphics for social channels and campaigns.
  • Community & channels: manage IG, Facebook, TikTok, respond to comments, and build influencer partnerships.
  • Lifecycle touchpoints: email campaigns, list growth, loyalty campaigns, and promotions across app communications.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create photo and video content for social media
  • Capture content in stores, cafés, events, and production facilities
  • Film and edit short-form videos and reels
  • Create graphics and promotional assets
  • Maintain a content calendar
  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other channels
  • Schedule and publish content
  • Respond to comments and messages
  • Build community engagement
  • Identify and coordinate influencer collaborations

Requirements

  • 2–4 days per week
  • Experience managing social media accounts
  • Ability to create engaging content
  • Photography and videography skills
  • Video editing skills for reels and short-form content
  • Strong written communication
  • Organised and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Education level not specified

Preferred

  • Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or ecommerce
  • Email marketing experience
  • CRM or customer marketing experience
  • Experience with loyalty programmes
  • Paid social advertising experience
  • Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar
