Job Summary

Own coordinated channel marketing and cross-functional execution for institutional and insurance clients, aligning campaigns, sponsorships, and content with risk controls and ROI insights to fuel growth.

Channel Marketing: Plan and execute the integrated marketing plan for institutional and insurance segments to drive business growth.
Campaigns & Events: Coordinate lead gen and retention campaigns across digital, media, and live channels with asset prep and tracking.
Content & Measurement: Support the content calendar, edits to collateral and social pages, and compile performance data to inform senior leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Channel Marketing: Assist in planning and executing the integrated marketing strategy for institutional and insurance client segments, supporting growth objectives.
Campaigns & Events: Coordinate lead generation and client retention campaigns across digital, media, and in-person channels, including asset prep and project tracking.
Sponsorships & Partnerships: Partner with AM event marketing and business leaders to develop marketing strategy and execution for key channel sponsorships and events.
Content & Collateral: Support content calendar, contribute editorial ideas, and update marketing and sales collateral, social posts, and am.gs.com pages.
Measurement & Reporting: Compile performance reports, support ROI analysis, and share observations with senior team members.
Risk Management: Follow regulatory guidelines for marketing communications and escalate operational risk concerns appropriately.
Team Support: Assist day-to-day operations of the institutional and insurance marketing team and drive workflow efficiency.
Partnership & Collaboration: Build cross-team relationships with AM marketing, EO marketing, Corporate Communications, sales, and investment teams to enable coordination.

Requirements

2-3 years of relevant marketing or financial services experience; internship in asset management/financial services is a plus.
Foundational understanding of the asset management industry, clients, products, and competitors; willingness to deepen regulatory and industry knowledge.
Strong analytical mindset with curiosity, attention to detail, and emerging commercial awareness.
Ability to work effectively in a team with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organize information from multiple sources and contribute to clear messaging.
Eagerness to learn from subject matter experts across the broader marketing team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards under time pressure.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, basic martech tools, and analytics platforms in a B2B context.
Bachelor\'s Degree (BA/BS) required.

Nice-to-have

Internship experience in asset management or financial services is a plus.
