Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As a Global Growth Marketing Specialist at MHR, you will support international marketing strategies with a key focus on US expansion.
  • You will help deliver high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that drive demand, generate pipeline growth, and strengthen MHR’s presence across key markets.
  • You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and teams across the wider business to deliver integrated campaigns aligned to business goals.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and media partners, you will support campaign execution, create engaging marketing assets, and help manage global pipeline performance to achieve growth targets.
  • Your work will directly contribute to market growth, lead generation, and revenue performance.
  • By tracking campaign effectiveness, analysing KPIs, and identifying optimisation opportunities, you will help ensure MHR’s marketing activity delivers measurable results and positions our solutions as the best fit for organisations globally.
