Freelance Meta Ads Mentor — Luxury Fragrance Brand

Responsibilities

• Implementation session — one hour: work together on campaign setup, creative testing, targeting and improvements.
• Review session — one hour: assess performance, explain the results and agree clear actions for the following week.
• Selling fragrance discovery sets and developing a path towards full-size purchases.
• Structuring campaigns and using our advertising budget effectively.
• Testing creative, messaging and offers while maintaining a luxury brand identity.
• Checking Shopify purchase tracking, Meta Pixel and Conversions API setup.
• Understanding acquisition costs, conversion rates, ROAS and profitability.
• Identifying when to adjust, stop or increase spending on campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience running Meta Ads for ecommerce brands.
• Comfortable working with modest budgets and explaining realistic expectations.
• Experience with Shopify.
• Clear spoken English and a patient, practical teaching style.
• Available for two scheduled weekly calls during UK/European working hours.

Preferred

• Beauty, fragrance or premium consumer brand experience would be an advantage.
