Job Summary
Own a regional growth play: present to business owners/directors, close deals, and build a BBX community while stretching a 360 degree field role into a scalable regional franchise.
- Regional Franchise Ownership: build the BBX community and lead growth through prospecting, presentations, and closing.
- Team and Field Leadership: shape a regional team and blaze a path for expansion.
- Sales Motion and Channel Engagement: drive in-person/virtual meetings to show how BBX funds, cash flow, and profits.

Responsibilities
- The face of BBX in the region, presenting to business owners and directors to show guaranteed growth, improved cash flow and profits.
- 360 degree role including presenting, closing, field prospecting, and networking.
- Run one of our Regional Franchises and build the BBX community in your region.
- Desire to build a regional team and be a trail blazer
Requirements
- A self starter and able to work under your own steam with guidance from the national office
- Good communication, presentation and listening skills
- Understanding of business, or keen to learn
