Own a regional growth play: present to business owners/directors, close deals, and build a BBX community while stretching a 360 degree field role into a scalable regional franchise.

Regional Franchise Ownership: build the BBX community and lead growth through prospecting, presentations, and closing.
Team and Field Leadership: shape a regional team and blaze a path for expansion.
Sales Motion and Channel Engagement: drive in-person/virtual meetings to show how BBX funds, cash flow, and profits.

Job Description

Responsibilities

The face of BBX in the region, presenting to business owners and directors to show guaranteed growth, improved cash flow and profits.
360 degree role including presenting, closing, field prospecting, and networking.
Run one of our Regional Franchises and build the BBX community in your region.
Desire to build a regional team and be a trail blazer

Requirements

A self starter and able to work under your own steam with guidance from the national office
Good communication, presentation and listening skills
Understanding of business, or keen to learn
Tenacity
Eagerness to learn and excel to be the top of your field
Car owner
