Events & Content Executive

Responsibilities

• Helping manage the day-to-day social media across our venues, creating and scheduling engaging content
• Creating Reels, TikTok’s, Stories and other content around what’s happening across the group
• Helping manage and maintain the events calendar, keeping on top of upcoming events, key dates and deadlines
• Supporting the planning and organisation of events from the initial idea through to delivery
• Helping promote events and activations across our social channels and other marketing platforms
• Attending events and activations when needed, helping ensure everything runs smoothly while capturing content for social media
• Supporting brand partnerships, seasonal campaigns and special activations throughout the year
• Coming up with ideas for events, content and promotions that will work across our different venues
• Keeping track of event details, timelines and deliverables to make sure nothing gets missed

Requirements

• Loves events and enjoys making things happen
• Is organised, proactive and good at keeping on top of details
• Is comfortable working with different people, suppliers and venue teams
• Is happy being hands-on and getting involved on event days
• Has good communication skills and can juggle multiple projects
• Has experience in events, marketing, hospitality or a similar role
• Is truly into social media and knows what makes good content
• Has a good eye for photography, video and visual content
• Is confident creating content for Instagram and TikTok
