Job Summary

You will own content creation and coordination for leadership communications, engagement programs, and Strategy 2030 initiatives, partnering across the University to translate complex information into clear, engaging content and drive employee engagement.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align activity with Strategy 2030

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • writing, editing and creating content across multiple digital channels
  • supporting the development and delivery of leadership communications and engagement
  • supporting the delivery of the University's employee engagement survey programme
  • inform, connect and engage colleagues across the University as we deliver our Strategy 2030 ambitions
  • build effective relationships with colleagues across the University, providing communications and engagement support while ensuring activity aligns with organisational priorities and best practice
