Job Summary

Own multi-channel demand and lifecycle programs that drive pipeline, revenue, and customer value across SaaS workflows from research to measurement and optimization.

  • Growth engine ownership: multi-channel campaigns, content creation, and lifecycle programs that move prospects to MQLs and bookings.
  • Collaborative execution: align with sales, CS, product marketing, and digital teams to optimize lead flow, webinar programs, and enrichment across touchpoints.
  • Measurement discipline: rigorously track MQLs, pipeline, conversion, and ROI to inform continuous optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth campaigns from start to finish, including researching topics, defining strategy, writing content, executing campaigns, and measuring results
  • Build integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, content, webinars, digital, social, in-person events) that drive sales-qualified pipeline and revenue growth
  • Create and execute lifecycle marketing programs that maximize user engagement, product adoption, and customer lifetime value
  • Manage third-party activities (webinars, content syndication, vendor partnerships) for assigned products and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to maximize ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics including MQLs, pipeline generation, bookings, and conversion rates
  • Analyze marketing metrics to uncover underlying performance drivers, assess influence on quarterly and annual goals, and understand actions needed to maximize impact
  • Continuously identify opportunities for campaign optimization and iterate based on data-driven insights
  • Support and work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment, drive top-of-funnel awareness, and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate with product marketing to ensure campaigns align with product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Partner with digital marketing teams to optimize lead flow, nurture programs, and conversion paths

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
  • Experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B enterprise software
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience using web analytics and BI tools to build and maintain performance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, intent-based marketing, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Ability to analyze marketing metrics to uncover underlying performance drivers, assess influence on goals, and understand actions needed to maximize impact
  • Full-funnel marketing experience managing customer lifecycle from awareness through expansion
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects in their entirety
  • Proficient in utilizing modern sales and marketing tools and systems (i.e., Salesforce, Wrike, Airtable, Gong, Clay, Claude, On24, Power BI, etc.) and marketing automation—ideally Pardot—experience is a significant plus
  • Strong organizational skills managing multiple concurrent campaigns and cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills and build relationships across the business at all levels
  • Ability to attend monthly meetings in London HQ office and build collaborative relationships with local colleagues.

Preferred

  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation; architecting and deploying agentic marketers a significant advantage
  • Experience marketing embedded analytics, business intelligence, data connectivity, or related enterprise data solutions
  • Understanding of ISV ecosystems, regulated industries, and enterprise data governance requirements
  • Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
  • Technical aptitude for understanding complex data and analytics products
  • Experience with webinar programming and vendor partnership management
