Job Summary

You will own end-to-end email marketing campaigns, driving engagement and revenue through targeted journeys and data-driven insights while supporting CRM transformation.

  • Leverage CRM data and audience insights to optimise journeys, test approaches, and improve performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver targeted email campaigns, developing customer journeys and making the most of our CRM and audience data to grow engagement and revenue.
  • Support the Museum's CRM transformation programme as we develop a more personalised and data-driven approach to customer communications.
  • Deliver the email marketing programme from planning through to reporting, ensuring campaigns reach the right audience with the right message at the right time.
  • Develop and optimise customer journeys, create audience segments, test new approaches, and use campaign insights to continually improve performance.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Marketing and the wider Museum to deliver campaigns that drive ticket sales, online retail, audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Help maintain the integrity of our customer data, support integrations between our CRM and marketing platforms, and contribute to digital transformation.
  • Have experience delivering consumer email marketing campaigns and be comfortable with CRM systems and email service providers, using audience insight to build targeted campaigns and measure success through data and reporting.
  • Be commercially minded, organised and enjoy balancing creativity with analytical thinking.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering successful consumer email marketing campaigns, ideally within the cultural, heritage, museums, arts or visitor attraction sectors.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and email service providers.
  • Using audience insight to build targeted campaigns and measure success through data and reporting.
  • Commercially minded, organised and enjoy balancing creativity with analytical thinking.
