Responsibilities

Own and manage the marketing calendar and critical path, coordinating campaigns, product launches and key trading moments.
Work closely with the Founder & Creative Director to brainstorm relevant, creative ideas for launches, content, customer engagement and brand-building, and turn those ideas into action.
Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring spend is commercially focused and aligned with business priorities.
Own the day-to-day trading and merchandising of our Shopify store, with a strong focus on commercial performance.
Manage product launches and uploads, ensuring imagery, copy, pricing and product information are accurate and live on time.
Monitor and report on sales, sell-through and line-level performance, using data to help inform reorder decisions, stock strategy and merchandising priorities.
Own our Klaviyo email marketing, including building and executing campaigns, segmentation, automated and triggered CRM flows and lifecycle messaging.
Own and manage paid media across Meta and Google, from campaign planning and creative development through to build, optimisation, reporting and performance.
Create and adapt digital assets for email, paid media and campaigns using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop.
Oversee social activity at a high level, ensuring it aligns with product launches, campaigns and the wider marketing calendar.

Requirements

At least 5 years’ relevant experience across digital marketing and e-commerce, ideally within fashion, luxury or a design-led consumer brand.
Significant hands-on experience using Shopify and Klaviyo.
Strong experience in e-commerce trading, online merchandising and product launches.
Proven experience managing Meta and Google paid media hands-on, including campaign creation, optimisation, performance analysis and reporting.
Strong understanding of sales, sell-through, conversion and line-level product performance, with the ability to translate data into commercial actions.
Experience building and executing Klaviyo campaigns, automated CRM flows, segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
Comfortable creating and adapting assets using Canva, Photoshop and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience managing and mentoring junior team members and briefing freelance creative partners.
Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude as part of your day-to-day workflow.
Strong project-management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
