Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own ecommerce trading performance across all UK and Australia Shopify channels, working alongside Amazon, our other marketplaces, and our dropship accounts, including optimising dropship account performance
  • Lead the rollout of new Shopify storefronts as we expand into Europe and other international markets, managing setup, localisation and launch
  • Take full ownership of SEO and GEO, rather than outsourcing it, requiring strong, hands-on, up-to-date knowledge of both
  • Build and lead a strong in-house ecommerce marketing team as we bring more activity in-house, including hiring, developing and shaping team culture
  • Work alongside the marketing team to jointly manage UGC and social content, and optimise paid media across all social channels, as we move this in-house
  • Oversee email marketing and CRM through Klaviyo, including campaign performance and list health
  • Use analytics, attribution and price monitoring tools to make trading, budget and compliance decisions
  • Manage project workflows using our project management tools, keeping the wider team aligned on priorities
  • Manage our customer service and chat tools and platforms, liaising closely with the customer service team to keep things running smoothly
  • Brief and work with our development team on site builds, dashboards and technical priorities

Requirements

  • 5+ years' proven experience running ecommerce trading across Shopify and Amazon
  • Strong, hands-on Shopify experience is essential, including building and rolling out new storefronts for international markets
  • Strong, current knowledge of SEO and GEO, able to execute directly rather than just brief others
  • Understanding of retail, dropship and DTC industry dynamics, particularly price parity
  • Working knowledge of Klaviyo, Meta and Google Ads
  • Familiarity with project management and customer service platforms
  • Comfortable owning a P&L-style revenue and margin target
  • Experience building, leading or growing a team, with a genuine interest in team culture
  • Flexible to work occasional hours outside 9am to 5:30pm for Australia coordination
  • Based in or able to relocate to Lincoln, and happy working from our office full-time, this isn't a hybrid or remote role

Benefits

  • £50,000 to £60,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus performance-related bonus (structure to be confirmed)
  • 21 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Company pension
  • On-site parking
  • Family-run culture with genuine autonomy in the role
