Job Summary

Own the global insurance demand-gen, ABM, and field-marketing engine to convert segment strategy into multi-channel pipeline, aligning with sales leadership and events while accelerating growth and win rates.

Define ICPs, personas, and buying groups; translate strategy into integrated ABM and field programs that drive MQLs and pipeline.
Lead regional teams across the Americas, Europe, and Africa, coordinating events, digital campaigns, and multi-channel activation with Sales and SDRs.
Monitor performance across campaigns, ABM, and intent signals, and apply AI to accelerate execution and improve targeting and efficiency.
