Requirements

Proven track record in fast paced digital industries or eCommerce environments.
Experience planning and optimising campaigns across core performance digital media channels.
Advantageous to have technical knowledge of programmatic display and YouTube audience segmentation.
Experience managing external search partners and marketing agency relationships effectively.
Strong numeracy and excel skills for analysing campaign data and performance metrics.
A high level of precision skills, to managing complex campaign setups and budgets.
A logical, analytical mindset with a natural ability to troubleshoot campaign issues.
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of a cross functional team.
Possess a strong technical baseline to navigate modern marketing stacks.
