Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative, results-driven social media strategies
Manage daily activity across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Create engaging content tailored to each platform
Conduct audience research and identify growth opportunities
Manage and engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages
Monitor, analyse and report on performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights
Identify trends and recommend improvements to increase online presence and engagement
Plan, create and manage newsletter campaigns and blog content
Manage external marketing agencies (Social Media, PPC and SEO) and track weekly performance
Attend gym installations to capture real-world content for marketing use

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience within an SME environment
Proven experience managing social media channels and campaigns
Experience working with PPC, SEO and digital marketing agencies
Strong understanding of how social media drives revenue and brand growth
Minimum education level: A-Levels

Preferred

An interest in fitness or gym equipment (desirable but not essential)
