Job Summary

Own email and paid digital media strategy to drive donor engagement and multi-channel journeys, while leading a small team and shaping cross-organisational digital experiences.

  • Email + Paid Digital Media: Own audience segmentation, automated journeys, and engagement programs to move supporters through journeys.
  • Lead data-driven digital campaigns across paid media and email, using performance insights to optimize spend and results while mentoring two Digital Marketing Executives.
  • Collaborate across the charity to improve digital engagement and supporter journeys across multiple channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight of email marketing and paid digital media
  • Lead on developing and optimising digital campaigns using insight and performance data
  • Drive engagement and measurable results across digital channels
  • Lead and support two Digital Marketing Executives and build a strong digital culture within the team
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the charity to improve digital engagement and supporter journeys across multiple channels

Requirements

  • Strong experience in strategic email marketing including audience segmentation, automated journeys and supporter engagement
  • Expertise in paid digital acquisition and campaign optimisation
  • Confident in managing complex digital budgets and making informed spend/performance decisions
  • Ability to target audiences across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads

Preferred

  • People management experience
  • Ability to operate confidently at manager level
  • Experience across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads
