Job Summary

Own day-to-day digital and social marketing driving fundraising and engagement across channels, while shaping how we connect with supporters and partners.

  • Social, email, SEO, website, and paid media ownership with cross-channel integration across campaigns.
  • Lead digital fundraising campaigns and supporter journeys to grow donations and engagement.
  • Own data, analytics, and optimization to improve performance and inform strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead on Social media, email marketing, SEO, website management and paid advertising
  • Lead digital fundraising campaigns and supporter journeys
  • Oversee data, analytics and optimization across all digital channels
  • Deliver integrated campaigns in close collaboration with the Brand Manager and Individual Giving Manager
  • Hands-on role at the heart of our Income and Engagement Team, leading day-to-day digital activity while helping shape how we connect with supporters, publishers and other audiences

Requirements

  • proven digital marketing experience
  • strong analytical skills and a data-informed approach
  • experience of digital fundraising or the charity sector
  • excellent copywriting skills and an eye for engaging content
  • knowledge of GDPR as it applies to digital marketing
