Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of integrated digital campaigns across social media, website, email and other relevant channels, ensuring all activity is insight‑led and aligned with audience needs.
  • Drive a social‑first content strategy, using platform analytics, market research and industry trend monitoring to shape creative direction, channel mix and audience targeting.
  • Oversee the creation of high‑quality digital content, ensuring messaging is accurate, engaging, audience‑focused and consistent with the organisation’s tone of voice and brand guidelines, including capturing on‑site content such as photography and videography to support rich, compelling digital storytelling.
  • Develop and deliver a cohesive content marketing approach, including long‑form thought‑leadership pieces, case studies, blogs and social storytelling that strengthen brand awareness and position the organisation as an industry voice.
  • Support website content updates, ensuring pages remain current, user‑friendly and reflective of evolving audience behaviours and sector trends.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities, contributing to creative development, messaging and digital amplification.
  • Create and manage content calendars, campaign plans and performance dashboards to support clear prioritisation, delivery and reporting across all digital channels.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research, analysing industry trends, audience insights and emerging opportunities to inform strategy and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Attend external exhibitions, trade shows and marketing initiatives, supporting brand visibility, audience engagement and lead‑generation activity.
  • Oversee the production of tender presentations and external communication materials to support business development, new client acquisition and brand credibility.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to independently deliver and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns, taking clear ownership of planning and execution.
  • Strong hands‑on expertise across social media, email and website, with confidence managing activity and driving improvements autonomously.
  • Insight‑led approach, using analytics, market research and industry trends to inform decisions and enhance performance.
  • Experience creating high‑quality, audience‑focused digital content, including social storytelling, long‑form pieces and on‑site content capture (photography and videography).
  • Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively, influence stakeholders and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all channels.
  • Highly organised and proactive, comfortable managing multiple priorities, anticipating challenges and solving problems independently.
