Job Summary

Own the end-to-end Japanese digital marketing and content engine, from on-site UX and content localization to CRM, CDP, and analytics, driving engagement, retention, and LTV for the Japan market.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Set up and manage the Japanese CDP, data quality, attribution, and cross-channel analytics to inform growth decisions.
  • Content & Localisation: Plan, execute, and optimise homepage, editorial pages, blogs, and campaign landing pages aligned to Japanese culture and brand.
  • CRM & Personalisation: Lead local CRM strategies, segmentation, automation, and lifecycle campaigns to boost retention.

Job Description

  • Own and lead the digital marketing and editorial strategy for the Japanese locale, ensuring alignment with overall brand and commercial objectives.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of all on-site content including homepage, editorial pages, blogs, and campaign landing pages.
  • Ensure all content is culturally relevant, on-brand, and optimised for performance within the Japanese market.
  • Manage end-to-end localisation workflows, overseeing adaptation of global campaigns and content for Japan across internal teams, translators, and external partners.
  • Drive continuous on-site optimisation through data-led insights, improving engagement, conversion, and user experience.
  • Own the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of the Japanese CDP ecosystem.
  • Lead the development and execution of localised CRM strategies, including email marketing and lifecycle planning.
  • Define and manage audience segmentation, personalisation frameworks, and automation flows tailored to the Japanese customer base.
  • Analyse campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and continuously optimise CRM activities to improve retention and LTV.
  • Own reporting cadence, delivering weekly and monthly performance reports to internal stakeholders and Japanese partners.
