Job Summary

Own the digital marketing engine for a UK tech MSP, focusing on end-to-end lead generation, content-driven campaigns, and tight sales alignment, with AI-powered optimization and SEO-driven visibility.

  • Ownership: Plan and execute lead-gen campaigns and content calendar across website, email, social, and campaigns.
  • Audience & messaging: Align with sales on sectors, services, and commercial priorities to improve conversion.
  • Measurement & tooling: Track sources, performance, and ROI; apply AI to content, planning, and reporting to accelerate results.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously improve KubeNet’s digital marketing footprint across website, SEO, social media, email, and campaign channels.
  • Ensure all marketing activity reflects KubeNet’s brand, value proposition, and target markets.
  • Maintain consistent messaging across managed services, connectivity, voice, cyber security, infrastructure, and emerging technology solutions.
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns that create qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Develop marketing content and collateral that supports prospecting, proposals, events, bid activity, and follow-up campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales to align campaign activity to target sectors, services, and commercial priorities.
  • Track lead sources, campaign effectiveness, and conversion performance to improve return on marketing investment.
  • Create and manage high-quality digital content including website copy, case studies, email campaigns, social media content, blogs, landing pages, brochures, and customer stories.
  • Own the content calendar and coordinate campaign delivery across multiple channels.
  • Support PR, partner marketing, events, and customer communications where required.
  • Improve website visibility, traffic, and engagement through SEO, content optimisation, and digital best practice using AI tools to effectively manage.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance reviews to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign and website analytics and provide practical recommendations based on insight to drive increased lead generation and engagement.
  • Use AI tools to enhance content creation, campaign planning, audience insight, reporting, and marketing efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repeatable marketing tasks and improve speed, consistency, and performance.
  • Apply AI responsibly to support better decision-making, stronger lead generation, and more targeted customer engagement.
  • Work with internal subject matter experts to turn technical solutions into clear, customer-focused messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers, partners, and agencies where needed taking advantage of resources, incentives to drive events, webinars and customer promotions.
  • Build strong working relationships across marketing, sales, operations, and leadership teams

Requirements

  • Experience in a B2B digital marketing role, ideally within managed services, IT, telecoms, cyber security, cloud, or technology services.
  • Proven ability to support lead generation and sales through digital campaigns and targeted content.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, website performance, email marketing, social media, and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into clear and engaging customer-focused content.
  • Experience using CRM, marketing, analytics, and campaign tools to measure performance and inform decisions.
  • Confidence using AI tools to improve marketing execution, insight, and productivity
