Job Description
Responsibilities
- Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- • Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram and TikTok
- • Monitor campaign budgets, spend, leads, conversions and performance
- • Analyse campaign results and identify underperforming campaigns
- • Proactively optimise targeting, creatives, messaging, budgets and landing pages
- • Monitor the performance of key treatments and promotions
- • Recommend changes to campaign strategy and budget allocation
- • Ensure advertising data and reports are accurate and checked before submission
- • Work with the clinic team to improve tracking from leads through to bookings, attendance, purchases and revenue
- SEO
Requirements
- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- SEO: 1 year (preferred)
- Website management: 1 year (preferred)
- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Previous experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Good practical understanding of SEO
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and digital marketing performance data
- Experience managing and updating websites using a CMS such as WordPress or similar
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how marketing activity connects to commercial results
Preferred
- Experience with TikTok Ads
- previous experience within the aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, wellness or luxury consumer sector would be advantageous.
Benefits
- £28,000–£32,000 annual salary, depending on experience
- Full-time, Monday to Friday working schedule
- Regular weekday hours: 9:30am–6:00pm
