Digital Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Managing and updating website content through WordPress, ensuring information is accurate, engaging and optimised.
• Supporting SEO and PPC campaigns in collaboration with our external agencies.
• Managing and developing our social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms to be agreed.
• Creating and scheduling compelling digital content, including articles, newsletters, email campaigns and social media posts.
• Monitoring website, social media and campaign performance using analytics platforms and reporting tools.
• Producing insightful reports and recommending improvements to increase engagement, conversions and lead generation.
• Starting to support the effective use of our CRM and email marketing systems to improve communications and client engagement.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the digital customer journey and improve online conversion rates.
• Supporting the wider Marketing team with the planning, co-ordination and delivery of firm events, BD & networking activities, careers fairs and sponsorship initiatives, including attending and facilitating these at various locations.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in a digital marketing role, with hands-on responsibility for managing and growing business social media channels.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite and WordPress.
• Excellent content creation, copywriting and communication skills.
• As a highly organised and proactive individual, you'll be able to manage multiple priorities effectively while demonstrating strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in delivering measurable marketing results.
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
• Equally the role requires some flexibility with occasional events outside of normal working hours.

Preferred

• Experience within professional services or B2B marketing would be advantageous
• Familiarity with Microsoft Clarity (or similar tools)
• Basic video creation and editing skills (training and development opportunities will be available to support the successful candidate in building their knowledge and expertise)
