Job Summary

Own the social content engine for a local padel club, turning founders ideas into authentic content and growing a WhatsApp community while staying close to on-site life and events.

  • Own content creation across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to tell the One Club story with authentic, welcoming footage.
  • Grow and engage the WhatsApp community and in-person player conversations to boost retention and club involvement.
  • Turn launches, events and partnerships into regular content, campaigns and club updates that drive local awareness.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Planning, filming and editing content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
  • Capturing the day-to-day life of One Club.
  • Creating short-form videos, photography and stories.
  • Working with the founders to turn ideas into content.
  • Helping grow our WhatsApp community.
  • Talking with players online and in person.
  • Sharing league updates, event reminders and club news.
  • Helping make One Club feel like more than somewhere to book a court.
  • Planning campaigns around launches, events and new programmes.
  • Supporting local partnerships and community collaborations.

Requirements

  • Ideally, you've worked in Social media
  • Marketing
  • Content creation
  • Photography or videography
  • Sport or leisure
  • Hospitality
  • You don't need to be a marketing graduate
  • Part-time availability including evenings and weekends
  • On-site in Hartlepool
