Responsibilities

• Cynnal y Cynlluniwr Cyfryngau Cymdeithasol a Chyfathrebu
• Ymateb i sylwadau ac ymholiadau ochr yn ochr â'r Tîm Cyfathrebu
• Defnyddio SEO, dadansoddeg a mewnwelediadau cynulleidfa i wella profiad y defnyddiwr a gwella perfformiad
• Gweithredu fel y prif gyswllt ar gyfer yr asiantaeth cymorth gwe allanol
• Cynhyrchu hyfforddiant ar y wefan a'r system rheoli cynnwys i staff, Aelodau a rhanddeiliaid

Requirements

• The ability to communicate in Welsh and English
• The ability to produce a wide variety of digital content, including video, audio and copywriting
• A thorough understanding of website Content Management Systems, specifically WordPress
• The ability to monitor and use analytical content performance and insights to inform digital content development
• A thorough understanding of social media platforms and technologies
• Exceptional copywriting skills in both Welsh and English
• An excellent eye for design
• Excellent communication skills
• To be educated to degree level in a related subject and/or proven experience in the development and production of high-quality digital content
• A full, valid driving licence and access to a car
