Job Summary
Owns and evolves the digital content and intranet experience, collaborating with senior stakeholders and driving adoption of a newly launched staff intranet while tracking performance and ensuring accuracy and security.
- Owns the end-to-end digital content lifecycle across the website and intranet.
- Collaborates with senior stakeholders, media and PR teams to align messaging.
- Drives engagement, analytics, and ongoing improvements post-launch.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Managing, improving, and optimising website and intranet content using Drupal
- Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, media, and PR teams
- Driving engagement and adoption of a newly launched staff intranet
- Reporting on performance using Google Analytics and forecasting future activity
- Ensuring content is accurate, accessible, secure, and aligned with business priorities.
- Developing clear processes and providing training across the organisation
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital content or communications (qualification a bonus)
- Strong writing, editing and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on CMS experience and a sharp eye for detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Confident communicator with resilience and professionalism
