Job Summary

Own the education-tech marketing execution spine: run HubSpot campaigns, landing pages, emails, and reports; keep social channels and community engaged; plan product updates and webinars, newsletters, and post-event follow-ups.

  • HubSpot-focused: end-to-end campaign setup, landing pages, workflows, and reporting that drive activation and engagement.
  • Content & channels: social management, client communications, and webinar-related promotion and follow-up.
  • Website & newsletters: maintain WordPress content and customer newsletters to support education-sector campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities\n- Own HubSpot campaign setup, email execution, QA, and send for iSAMS campaigns\n- Build and manage HubSpot landing pages and maintain HubSpot workflows and list segmentation\n- Manage iSAMS social media channels, including content planning, posting, and community management\n- Produce and distribute client product update communications via email and iCommunity\n- Support webinar delivery, including email sequences, social promotion, and recording distribution\n- Plan and execute the iSAMS customer newsletter and post-event follow-up campaigns\n- Maintain and update iSAMS WordPress website content\n- Monitor campaign performance and produce regular HubSpot reports\n\nRequirements\n- 14 month fixed term contract\n- Hands-on HubSpot experience at execution level, including campaign setup, landing pages, emails, workflows, social media and reporting\n- Strong experience with AI tools (HubSpot Breeze and Claude) to accelerate campaign execution across all activities (email, workflows, social media)\n- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for accuracy and tone\n- Experience managing social media content and community engagement\n- Experience with updating and managing WordPress CMS\n- Organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously\n- At ease working in a systems-heavy environment alongside specialist colleagues\n- Experience in the education sector or edtech\n- Familiarity with webinar delivery and event follow-up campaigns\n\nPreferred\n- Experience in the education sector or edtech\n- Familiarity with webinar delivery and event follow-up campaigns\n- Experience managing customer or client communications programmes
