Job Summary

Own the integrated brand, marketing, and customer experience scope across multiple brands, driving campaigns, channel consistency, and customer sentiment during a 12-month maternity cover.

  • Brand & Campaigns: Lead brand refresh, cross-channel campaigns, and creative optimization.
  • Channel Enablement: Provide brand materials for retail, online, and wholesale, and coordinate NPD.
  • Customer Experience & Communications: Manage B2B/consumer queries, improve workflows, and monitor sentiment across platforms.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maternity Cover (12 months)
  • Brand & Marketing - Oversee brand refresh rollout, updating POS, guidelines and marketing collateral
  • Brand & Marketing - Provide retail, online and wholesale channels with relevant brand materials
  • Brand & Marketing - Lead integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, paid and brand channels
  • Brand & Marketing - Establish and maintain a corporate communications calendar across the group
  • Brand & Marketing - Manage Meta and Google advertising — optimising spend and creative performance
  • Brand & Marketing - Drive online revenue across websites and Amazon
  • Brand & Marketing - Coordinate NPD pipeline activity
  • Customer Service & Experience - Manage B2B and consumer customer service queries across all brands
  • Customer Service & Experience - Improve efficiency across customer service and marketing workflows

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in brand marketing and customer service, ideally across multiple brands
  • Fluency in digital and performance marketing — paid social, CRM, influencer, SEO/website and content
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong commercial acumen — able to redirect priorities and budgets across channels and brands
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead cross-functional projects
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • A degree in marketing, business or a related field
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
