Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• designing, implementing, and optimising customer journeys across digital channels.
• translating marketing objectives into technical journey specifications and coordinating delivery teams.
• defining KPIs, tracking plans, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• briefing and approving marketing copy and creative assets.
• influencing cross-functional teams and driving initiatives through to completion.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Customer Journey Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP/Real-Time CDP).
• Experience designing, implementing, and optimising customer journeys across digital channels.
• Experience defining KPIs, tracking plans, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics.
• Experience with customer segmentation, first-party data collection, and progressive profiling.
• Knowledge of GDPR, PECR, and consent management.
• Strong content judgement, with experience briefing and approving marketing copy and creative assets.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives through to completion.
