Responsibilities

• - Looking after assigned CRM programmes from start to finish, including scheduling, reporting and suggesting improvements
• - Setting up offers, building landing pages and briefing Member Services
• - Running tests to improve performance and using data to make smart choices
• - Supporting our new Customer Data Platform and helping build tailored campaigns
• - Keeping up with email marketing trends and sharing useful insights with the team

Requirements

• - You're organised and can manage your time well
• - You can analyse data and spot what's working
• - You work well with others and communicate clearly
• - You've sent email marketing campaigns using an Email Service Provider and has strong attention to detail
