Job Summary
Own the social content engine for the Estate with end-to-end production, real-time event storytelling, and on-brand asset creation across multiple platforms.
- Content & Channel Ownership: Plan, create, and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, plus on-site photography and videography for real-time coverage.
- Creative & Design Production: Design print and digital collateral and assets while enforcing brand guidelines.
- Performance & Collaboration: Track analytics, drive improvements, and support marketing strategies across multiple business areas with the team.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and delivery of engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Plan, create and schedule social media content, including posts, stories, reels and video content
- Capture high-quality photography and videography across the Estate
- Attend events and key business activities to gather content and create real-time social media coverage
- Manage community engagement, responding to messages, comments and enquiries in a timely manner
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach
- Analyse social media performance and implement improvements based on data and insights
- Design marketing collateral across both print and digital platforms
- Produce creative assets including advertisements, posters, flyers, brochures, signage, email graphics and social media content
- Ensure all content and design work is consistent with brand guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to develop creative campaigns and promotional materials
- Assist in the development and delivery of marketing strategies across multiple business areas
- Support website updates and content management
- Assist with digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Help identify opportunities to increase awareness, visitor numbers and revenue across the Estate
- 1–2 years' experience within a marketing, content creation, social media or graphic design role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
- Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Strong photography and videography skills; ability to edit video content for social media
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting
- Experience using Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team
- Preferably a full UK driving licence (beneficial)

- Strong portfolio demonstrating design and content creation capabilities
- Experience in event photography/videography
